Shipping

All items are in stock. Orders ship within one business day from northern Michigan via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail, depending on total weight of package. Transit time is typically 2 – 8 business days. Tracking will be provided upon order processing.

International Customers

At this time we are only shipping within the U.S. on our website.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be received in like-new condition no later than 30 days from our ship date and have preapproval for the return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost and arrange for shipping. Sunrise Bliss reserves the right to refuse any return on a case-by-case basis.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for items on sale.
